How we work with buyers

Our first step is discover what your goals are. We will get together with you, either in person or over the phone to find out what your needs are.

Will you be using the internet? We will show you the best sites and the best techniques to use in the Denver market area. We will point you in the direction of the tools you may want to use in your property search.

How would you like us to communicate with you? Different buyers have different preferences and we understand this. We can get you information the way you would like to receive it. You may choose to use email, fax, phone calls, regular mail. It is up to you.

Next, you will be chosing properties to look at. Everyone has their own style for viewing properties. We will go at your pace whether that is 'a couple per week' or 'as many as we can see right now'.

After you have selected a property to make an offer on, we will research the neighborhood and past sales in the area. This will give you the information you need to make your offer at the right price from a strong negotiating position.
