Internet Search Tips

Step #1 - Use the local Denver MLS database.

The best, most current, accurate source of real estate data is the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. This is the database that real estate agents use. Until recently it was the exclusive domain of agents. To get information from it you needed to find an agent who would then pas the information back to you.

Today, there are sites like this one that allow you to directly acces the MLS data. To make sure you are looking at only the properties that are actually available use MLS.

Step #2 - Get email updates. Some of the best homes sell as soon as they hit the market.

Why? Usually they are priced right and offer outstanding value.

How can you find out about them? Sign up for a Home Card and get on email notification. We can set this up for you automatically if you fill out this form.
